As owner Nancy Quist will tell people, the secret is not in the baking of the cake, but rather, how it’s decorated. As a result, Fancy Flours specializes in unique, hard-to-find ingredients and decorations that will make anyone’s creation special.
Perhaps one of Fancy Flours most unique products is its collection of vintage wedding cake toppers, which date back to the 1920’s. Other unique toppers include ethnic and French toppers. Popular products also include sprinkles and quins, wafer paper, dragees, more than 1,000 cookie cutter designs, chocolate transfer sheets, and charming sugar whimsies.
