  3. In your new fall 2011 catalog on page 9 it shows a little frosty snowman cake pop. Can you please tell me where I can find the instructions for making these. These are the most adorable little snowmen I have ever seen and I want to surprise my sister for Christmas with a tray of these.

    • Hi Trina – There isn’t any instructions available that we know of, but I can just give you some quick instructions on how I believe you would make these cuties. You would first dip your cake pop in melted white chocolate and set it on top of a vanilla wafer (or a cookie similar to a vanilla wafer of your choice), let the melted chocolate run over the cookie and let it dry. Once it is dry you can add the face with royal icing or piping gel, and add the hat that is made using half of an Oreo cookie with a mini Oreo cookie on top. You should just be able to use some left over melted chocolate to “glue” the hat on to the snowman’s head. Hope that helps : )

  4. will you get the out of stock Oreo cookie molds back in stock at the sale price? I am ready to make an order this weekend and would like to order, of course, those out of stock! Thank you

    • Hi Diane – We will be getting those Oreo molds back in stock, but unfortunately they will not be at the sale price. The sale was this weekend only. All of our sales are limited to in-stock items only. Our Oreo molds are very popular items, so during a sale they get snatched up quite quickly. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

  5. Hi Fancy Flours

I,m new to your site and an instant fan, I wondered if you habpve a tutorial for the beautiful butterflies which are your cover photo, I,ve searched but cann ot find one

    thanks. robyn from Oz (australia)

    • Janis – The liners shouldn’t be the cause of this issue, but it could be a number of things so here are some tips to prevent it from happening….
      1) No need to spray the muffin tin with cooking spray; the liners do the job for you, and the extra grease seems to contribute to the liners peeling away.
      2) Fill the cupcakes liners only about 2/3 of the way with batter. For the muffin tins I use, that’s about 1/4 cup.
      3) A few minutes after taking the cupcakes out of the oven, take them out of the pan to further cool. If they’re left too long in the muffin tin, it seems the heat and moisture causes the liner to loosen.
      4) Let cupcakes cool to room temperature before putting them in the fridge or freezer.

      I hope that helps!

  6. Hi: I’m interested in ordering the Monster Mold & Cutter Kit – and saw your instructions. It would be VERY HELPFUL, when giving a recipe & instructions to CONVERT the grams measurements you give to US MEASUREMENTS!!!! if you canplease list conversion so that all of us US customers will have this info!

  7. Have a question about Choc Dipped Strawberry Cake Recipe: How much (water) is mixed with the mashed strawberries and pinch of salt before reducing it? It’s not listed. Thank you.

    • It depends on if you are using fresh or frozen strawberries, if using fresh strawberries we recommend using about 1/4 cup of water and if using frozen strawberries use just a small amount of water since the frozen strawberries will have more liquid when thawed. Hope that helps!
