How To Make Chocolate Bark: {Using A Mold}

Try our NEW Leaf & Pumpkin Bark Molds!
{MELTING}
1. Place wafer in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds at half power or on defrost setting.
3. Stir wafers.
4. Repeat steps 2-3, until wafers are completely melted.

{MOLDING}
1. Fill mold cavities with melted wafers and desired mix ins.
2. Lightly tap mold onto flat surface to release air bubbles. Refrigerate approximately 10-15 minutes or until mold appears frosty and pieces are firm.
3. Invert mold onto flat surface and tap gently to remove finished pieces. If pieces do not release easily, chill additional 3-5 minutes.

How To Make Chocolate Bark: {Without Mold}
1. Melt the chocolate in short 20-second intervals in the microwave or if using wafers use the method above.
2. Stir occasionally.
3. Remove from the microwave and add your mix-ins and stir to distribute.
4. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula. Put in the freezer and let the bark sit until hardened, about 30 minutes.
5. Using your hands or a knife, break the bark into bite-sized pieces. Keep in the fridge until ready to pack.
